The outdoor pool is fenced, with a shallow end and a separate kids' pool, and it looks out over the surrounding grounds. It is a practical pool rather than a resort feature: somewhere to rinse off the heat of the drive and let a group unwind the evening before a boat trip.

Room enough to unload the coolers
Parking is free, private and on site, with plenty of open space right in front of the building. Cars, MPVs and vans can pull up close to the entrance, which makes loading snorkelling gear, coolers and luggage much simpler. Guests heading to Redang commonly leave the car here for the duration of the island stay.
